1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Training Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform, including learners, instructors, and administrators.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or systems
Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group
Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without permission
Circumvent any access control or rate-limiting measures
Use AI-generated content from the Platform to train competing models

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Training Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. You retain ownership of content you create and upload, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it within the Platform.

5. Course Content

Instructors are solely responsible for the content they publish on the Platform. Training Hub does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any course content. Learners acknowledge that course content is for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. AI-generated content, including responses from the chat assistant and voice interaction features, may contain errors and should be verified independently.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Platform require payment. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If you are on a subscription plan, price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Training Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
